Tomorrow evening is our first away meet! I hope you have checked out the Swim Meet 101 tab on our website - it addresses a lot of details. I am attaching a picture of the pool with details of the seating arrangements and the plan for moving about the deck. We will be sitting as a group outside the pool area in the parking lot. The swimmers will go in for their events and parents can go inside to watch them swim or to volunteer.  There will be concessions  - it will be outside the pool fence on the Clubhouse Deck. There will be pulled pork, hamburgers, cheeseburgers, Chick-fil-a sandwiches as well as the usual stuff (drinks, water, candy/ice cream).

We will be warming up at 5.30 pm so please be there by 5.10 pm at the latest to get situated. The meet starts at 6 pm. We will be sending out the heat sheets during the day tomorrow. 

Unfortunately the swim caps have not been delivered yet. We have a small amount for those who do not have a cap at all. If you have an old PBST cap please bring it, or any plain cap is fine. If you do not have a cap see Caroline or Jane when you arrive at the meet and we will get them to you. The tshirts should be here tomorrow either at practice or the meet.
