There IS practice tomorrow morning!!

Tuesday is our first AWAY meet against River Forest. The address of the pool is:

Parking in the neighborhood is on one side of the street only, there will be signs with parking clearly marked.

They do not have seating provided, so please bring chairs. They will have space inside and outside of the pool to set up chairs.

Warm up begins at 5:30 – be there by 5.00pm to get situated and get your events!

Their concession stand menu includes Chick-fil-A, baked potatoes, chips, hummus, drinks, and of course, candy (cash and Venmo). Last week they said they did some smoothies, which seemed to go over well so they may do those again.

Lastly, they asked me to remind parents of this message from Cobb Summer Swim. Thankfully I have not seen any issues from our team but I was told to pass it on.

“Just a reminder that alcohol is not allowed at the swim meets. The Cobb Summer Swim League saw an increasing amount of abuse of this rule and decided to take action. If alcohol is found at the meet they will remove the persons responsible and fine the team. This includes in the parking lot and in the pool area.”
